THE CHALLENGE

Commit to 28 days of healthy eating and exercise with a mindset of achieving your challenge goals, and improving your overall fitness.

NUTRITIONAL MEAL PLANS

Enjoy weekly meal plans prepared by a sports dietician, specially designed to deliver you a nutritionally balanced meal plan, and shopping list that won’t get boring. In fact, we're confident you're about to find your new go-to favourite recipes.

WORKOUTS

Get active and accountable to be consistent in your training. Your Coach will assist you to stay motivated and keep accountable for your exercise goals as per your fitness levels. 

In addition, each week a new workout challenge will be posted, giving you 7 days to tick off extra activities.

CHALLENGE WINNERS
