CROSSFIT KIDS > 0:30hr 

Start your child's CrossFit journey at CrossFit Might's after-school program. Throughout the school term duration, every Monday your child will develop their skills and confidence under the guidance of qualified CrossFit Coaches using specialised children's, brand new equipment. Get them started now!

OLYMPIC LIFTING > 1:00hr

New to lifting? The 'Snatch', 'Clean' and 'Jerk' are fundamental moves of Olympic Lifting and who better to learn from than qualified AWF accredited Coaches. These experienced Olympic Lifters will be there to guide you every lift of the way. 

COACHED OPEN GYM > 1:00hr

6pm every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday enjoy the choice of a Coached Open Gym session or WOD.  This open class is designed to give you time one-on-one with Coaches to assist in progression, or for those short on time at the end of the day, the chance to get in your daily workout at your pace.

SWIM > FREE ACCESS, 7 DAYS

Dive into unlimited access of the patrolled 50m Olympic sized swimming pool with your CrossFit Might membership.  Benefit from the active recovery of adding swimming to your CrossFit program with the choice of multiple CrossFit programmed Swim WOD available.  It's all free as part of your membership throughout aquatic centre open times.
